Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers through regular, proactive communication and follow-up.
- Identify new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients by engaging in value-based conversations and needs assessments.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options.
- Develop insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and successfully close sales when appropriate.
- Cultivate ongoing networking relationships to support business development and referral generation.
- Uphold a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to achieving individual and team goals.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continue professional education as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have or be able to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license
- Must have or be able to obtain Life and Health insurance license
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to learn and effectively use computer functions and agency management systems
