Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring all interactions are positive and solutions-oriented.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers about available insurance products using a needs-based review process, helping them make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and commitment to exceptional customer service in every interaction.
- Follow up with customers as needed to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Maintain detailed and timely activity reports for management review.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet agency goals and create a positive work environment.
- Remain current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education as required by state and agency guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
