Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, which includes responding to questions about insurance products, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claim submissions, billing, and transfers.
- Educate clients on insurance offerings and guide them through the decision-making process using a needs-based, customer-focused approach.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate commitment to achieving team and personal goals daily.
- Provide thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring all actions and communications are properly documented.
- Stay current with changes in insurance products, licensing requirements, and technical developments through ongoing education and training.
- Support the agency’s growth objectives by identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Utilize computer systems and agency software to manage client information with accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
