Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options that best suit their needs.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a consistent commitment to daily success.
- Collaborate with team members to support office operations and achieve business goals.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent to ensure effective tracking of client interactions.
- Stay current on product changes, technical developments, and continuing education requirements.
