Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing information about insurance products and services
- Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to delivering high-quality customer experiences
- Support the growth of the business through effective communication and relationship management
- Receive on-the-job training to develop the skills necessary for success in the insurance industry
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and timely follow-ups
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on suitable insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily excellence
- Provide thorough and timely activity reports to the agent
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical advancements, and continuing education
- Work effectively both independently and as a member of a team
- Take initiative in problem-solving and demonstrate proactive service
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary

- Paid time off: 1 week after 90 days, up to 3 weeks within the first 5 years
