Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Summary
- Serve as the frontline point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service and support
- Educate customers about insurance options and help them select the coverage that best meets their needs

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options, supporting them in making informed decisions
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals and ensure consistent client experiences
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to management as required
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
