Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with follow-up as needed.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers using a needs-based review process to help them understand their insurance options and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to success.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on client activity and service outcomes.

- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required.
