Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Utilize agency-provided training to understand insurance products and confidently assist clients with their needs.
- Participate in ongoing education to remain current with industry developments and licensing requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding insurance products, eligibility, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Educate clients about insurance options through a needs-based review process, ensuring clients understand their coverage choices.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to achieving daily and long-term agency objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless support and ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Produce timely and thorough activity reports for agency management to track client interactions and service outcomes.
