Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
- Maintain thorough activity reports and communicate updates to the agent regularly.
