Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing information about insurance products, policies, and services
- Engage in value-based conversations to help customers understand their insurance options
- Support agency growth through exceptional customer service and relationship management
- Receive comprehensive training, with no prior insurance experience required
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance solutions
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily success
- Prepare and deliver timely, thorough activity reports to the agency team
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Participate actively in team meetings and agency initiatives
