Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring consistent and clear communication at every touchpoint.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, transfers, claim submissions, and billing issues.
- Conduct customer-focused and needs-based reviews to educate clients about suitable insurance options and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, maintaining a high level of commitment to success on a daily basis.
- Follow up with clients as necessary to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding needs or concerns.
- Utilize technology and computer systems effectively to process and manage client information and documentation.
- Provide timely, thorough, and accurate activity reports to agency leadership as required.
- Stay up to date on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education in the insurance field.
