Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for establishing and nurturing customer relationships, responding to a range of insurance-related inquiries, and providing an outstanding customer experience. As a CSR, you will educate clients on insurance options, facilitate policy changes, and ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and accuracy. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate relationships with customers, maintaining regular follow-ups as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to all clients, including addressing inquiries about insurance products, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Guide clients through a needs-based review process to help them understand their insurance options and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to achieving team and individual goals.
- Provide timely and comprehensive activity reports to management.
