Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and greet walk-in clients in a courteous manner.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing timely and accurate follow-ups as needed.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claims, billing issues, and more.
- Educate customers using a needs-based review process to help them understand insurance products and coverage options.
- Process policy changes, transfers, and claim submissions efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred (including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing).
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in solving problems.

- Ability to effectively work in a team-oriented environment.
- Capable of assessing customer needs and conducting effective interviews.
- Property and Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Life and Health insurance license (or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe).
