Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, providing support and guidance on insurance products and policy details

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring every client receives personalized attention
- Respond to customer inquiries related to insurance policies, coverages, claims, eligibility, policy changes, and billing
- Educate clients through a needs-based process on available insurance options to help them make informed decisions
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and activities
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and problem resolution
- Demonstrate a commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction in all tasks
- Complete regular training and remain current in product knowledge, licensing, and continuing education requirements
