Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance customers, providing information and support across a range of insurance products and services.
- Contribute to an outstanding customer experience while building lasting relationships within the agency’s client base.
- Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support in all aspects of insurance customer service and agency operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service in response to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based, customer-focused review process.
- Assist with claim submissions and clarify billing or policy details as needed.
- Work collaboratively with agency team members to achieve shared goals and maintain high service standards.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions to support agency operations and compliance.
