Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing follow-up and support as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients; respond to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to educate customers about available insurance products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily and long-term success.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and policy management for all clients.
- Keep accurate records and provide timely and thorough activity reports to management.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience with State Farm is highly preferred but not required.
