Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering prompt and accurate customer service.
- Engage in needs-based conversations to educate clients on insurance options and policy features.
- Support agency growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through professional and timely follow-up.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Educate clients about various insurance products using a needs-based approach.
- Process policy updates, document interactions, and ensure all client records are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with the agency team to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals.
- Maintain a high level of ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Provide thorough and timely activity reports to agency management as required.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, and industry trends through ongoing education.
