Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Engage with clients as the first point of contact, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Support a well-established State Farm independent contractor agent in Union City, MI.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and greet clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, billing, claims, and other related topics.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about their insurance options and coverage details.
- Assist customers with policy transfers, claim submissions, and account updates.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide solutions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions and transactions.

- Prior sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred but not required.
