Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about insurance products and services.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to support client retention and satisfaction.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to educate customers about insurance coverage options and assist with policy selections.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-focused review process to inform customers about insurance choices and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily goals and delivering results.
- Prepare and submit regular activity reports to the agent and ensure all documentation is accurate.
- Remain up-to-date on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education opportunities.
