Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as required to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries concerning insurance products, policy eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on available insurance options, helping them make informed decisions to meet their protection needs.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily success, upholding the agency’s standards for quality and service.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions and activities, ensuring compliance with agency procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the agency team to support overall business objectives and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, striving for first-contact resolution and a remarkable customer experience.
- Remain current on product updates, licensing requirements, technical developments, and participate in ongoing training and continuing education as needed.
