Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Engage with customers to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support for insurance-related inquiries
- Educate clients about available insurance products and coverage options
- Develop key skills in customer service, organization, and teamwork
- Contribute to the growth and success of the agency through value-based interactions
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, following up as needed
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Conduct needs-based reviews to match clients with suitable insurance options
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness in all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Document activities and provide thorough reports to management
- Stay current on product updates, licensing, and industry developments through ongoing education

- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable learning and using various computer functions and software

- Required to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (training support provided)
