Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary- Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal legal/tax teams
- Facilitate collection and management of essential documents for client cases
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain client satisfaction
- Support a fast-paced, reputable tax resolution company
- Contact clients via phone, text, and email to request required documents and information
- Clearly communicate document needs and their importance in the resolution process
- Maintain and update accurate client records in the CRM system
- Consistently follow up to ensure timely submission of paperwork
- Collaborate with legal and tax teams to provide status updates and facilitate smooth case progression
