Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive customer relationships through professional communication and timely follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries on insurance eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing
- Educate customers on insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
