Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service in all interactions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships, providing timely follow-up and support as needed.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients about available insurance products and services using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in every interaction, both written and verbal.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information in agency systems as required.
- Support agency marketing and outreach initiatives as needed.

- Previous customer service experience preferred within the insurance or related industries.
