Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance clients, ensuring prompt and accurate customer assistance.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Utilize knowledge of insurance products to educate and guide customers in choosing the best solutions for their needs.
- Support the agency in its mission to deliver outstanding service and drive customer loyalty.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification.
- Conduct needs-based reviews with customers to educate them about insurance options and recommend suitable products.
- Utilize strong listening skills to assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Assist in claim submissions and provide guidance throughout the process.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately.
- Proactively solve problems and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver consistent service excellence.
