Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage a high volume of email correspondence, accurately addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, providing clear and effective communication.
- Process and enter orders with accuracy using established procedures and systems, specifically with Acumatica ERP software.
- Utilize MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage daily tasks, document customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customer needs are met in a timely manner.
- Apply basic accounting knowledge to support order entry and resolve related issues as needed.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and contribute to a team-oriented, customer-focused work environment.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor, following established protocols.
