Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as a key point of contact for insurance clients, providing assistance and guidance on a variety of insurance products and services
- Deliver prompt and accurate support to clients, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care
- Support agency growth through exceptional customer service and value-driven communication
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring regular follow-up and outreach as needed
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance products, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate clients about available insurance solutions using a consultative, needs-based approach
- Maintain a high standard of work ethic with consistent commitment to achieving team and individual goals
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and support agency objectives
- Provide timely and comprehensive reports on client activities and progress to agency leadership
