Customer Service Representative (CSR) Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a vital member of our office, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in providing support and service to our valued clients while contributing to a positive and productive work environment. This position is instrumental in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring that each client receives prompt, professional, and courteous assistance in every interaction. Working alongside the agency owner, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) helps develop and implement effective customer contact strategies and loyalty initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about products and services.
- Support agency operations by maintaining up-to-date records, managing client accounts, and assisting with day-to-day administrative duties.
- Collaborate closely with the agency owner to develop, execute, and monitor customer loyalty strategies aimed at increasing satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of customer loyalty programs and recommend improvements as needed.
- Foster positive and lasting relationships by understanding individual customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate professionalism and reliability in all interactions, upholding the organization's standards and values.
- Actively participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry best practices, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Strong computer and technology proficiency, including the ability to learn new software and systems efficiently.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to providing high-quality customer service.
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license if not already licensed; support and guidance will be provided for licensure requirements.
