The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a vital member of an insurance agency team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. This role focuses on providing support, answering inquiries, and assisting customers with their insurance needs. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions.
- Educate customers about available insurance options using a needs-based approach, helping them make informed decisions.
- Follow up with customers as needed to address ongoing concerns or to provide updated information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy changes, and other essential documentation.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to daily success, and a customer-first mindset.
- Prepare and submit timely and thorough activity reports to management as required.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments.

- Property & Casualty insurance license (must be obtained if not already held).
