Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service by responding to a variety of inquiries related to insurance products, policy changes, eligibility, coverage options, billing, and claims.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to educate customers about available insurance options, helping them make informed decisions that best suit their needs.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethics while striving for daily success and achievement of team goals.
- Efficiently process policy changes, transfers, and claim submissions, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide thorough activity reports and updates to the agent and team as required.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education to deliver knowledgeable service.
