Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and information about insurance services.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through responsive and attentive service.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and warmly greet clients both in-person and over the phone.
- Establish, maintain, and follow up on customer relationships as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about available insurance options and recommend suitable solutions.
- Document and track client interactions, maintaining accurate records in accordance with agency procedures.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless client support and contribute to a collaborative workplace.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Sales experience in roles such as inside sales representative, outside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and capacity for thorough record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Must be able to obtain a Property Casualty license and a Life and Health license prior to start date.
