Duties & Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and greeting clients to provide a welcoming and professional first impression.

- Delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior sales experience in roles such as outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
