Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a needs-based conversation approach to educate clients on insurance product options and recommend suitable solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
- Document interactions and provide comprehensive activity reports to the agent for ongoing client management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals and ensure a consistent, high-quality service environment.
- Stay informed about product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
