Customer Service Representative - SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering professional, accurate, and friendly service to policyholders and prospective clients. You will engage with customers via phone and in person, providing information on insurance products, clarifying policy details, and supporting clients through every step of their insurance journey. This position is pivotal in ensuring our office runs smoothly and that our clients receive the highest level of care.
Duties & Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and greet clients promptly and courteously.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-ups and attentive service.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with the processing of policy documents and changes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Property & Casualty insurance license (must have or be able to obtain).
- Life and Health insurance license (must have or be able to obtain).

- This position is with an independent contractor agent, not directly with the insurance company.
- Employment is contingent on successful completion of applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
