Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers through regular follow-up
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate clients on insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and work ethic
- Demonstrate commitment to daily success and customer satisfaction
- Provide thorough and timely activity reports to the agent
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
