Customer Service Representative - Insurance Summary
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance regarding insurance products and services.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through every interaction.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships with existing and new clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing matters.
- Use a consultative, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Keep accurate records and provide thorough activity reports to management.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a consistent commitment to success each day.
- Stay up to date with product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments through continuous education and training.
