Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about insurance products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Establish, maintain, and enhance customer relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers about available insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to contribute to agency goals and uphold high standards of service.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred (including inside or outside sales, retail, or telemarketing roles).
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to assess customer needs, conduct effective interviews, and build rapport with clients.
- Property & Casualty license highly preferred; must be able to obtain if not already held.
- Life and Health license highly preferred; must be able to obtain if not already held.
