Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy details, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients on insurance options using a needs-based, customer-focused review process to identify the best solutions for their individual situations.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals and objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all assigned duties.
- Regularly provide thorough activity reports to management or the designated agent to track progress and performance.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education to maintain professional competence.
