Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Represent a well-established State Farm agency as the primary contact for client service needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through prompt, accurate, and friendly support.
- Enhance the State Farm Insurance customer experience by providing clear information and proactive solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, eligibility, and billing.
- Assist customers with policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and clarifications.
- Educate clients on insurance options using a needs-based review process tailored to individual requirements.
- Document client interactions and transactions in the agency management system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and problem resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Preferred: Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales representative roles, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong listening abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.

- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Must be able to obtain a Life and Health insurance license.
