Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers in the manufacturing and retail sectors
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support
- Manage order processing and documentation to support business operations
- Work with ERP systems and EDI order entry to ensure efficient information flow
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, company policies, and procedures
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary
- Process customer orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and service requests accurately
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and interaction logs
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or NDS for order management and information tracking
- Perform EDI order entry functions as required

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or NDS)
