Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate commitment to daily success and professional standards.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring transparency and effective communication within the team.
