Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Engage with clients to establish and maintain positive relationships, ensuring all interactions support the organization’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing questions related to insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers about available insurance products and recommend personalized solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing attentive and friendly service at all times.
- Respond promptly to policyholder inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients on available insurance options and help them choose plans that best fit their needs.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a total commitment to achieving daily and long-term goals.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills by managing multiple tasks and keeping accurate records of all client interactions.
