Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by addressing questions related to insurance products, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Educate customers on available insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Assist with policy changes, transfers, and claim submissions, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and maintain a positive work environment
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive hourly base rate (starting at $15-$20 per hour, based on licensing)
- Monthly commission opportunities (target commission is $500 per month minimum)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively

- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
