Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and timely follow-up with policyholders and prospects.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring all customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance products, including explaining policy options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing matters.
- Educate customers about insurance solutions using a needs-based review process to help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, policy updates, and activity reports in accordance with agency procedures.
