Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and support.
- Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, policy information, and claims processing.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and welcome clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to all clients.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy updates, billing, and claims.
- Educate customers through a needs-based review process about various insurance products and options available through State Farm.
- Support policy changes, transfers, and provide clear explanations for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to support office objectives and customer needs.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in problem-solving and issue resolution.
