Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent and effective communication.
- Provide accurate, prompt, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, enhancing service to a diverse customer base.
- Insurance sales experience, or Property & Casualty and Life & Health (L/H) licenses preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses as a condition of employment.
