Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to and process all daily customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Produce invoices and credits as needed
- Schedule shipments with local and third-party carriers
- Maintain vendor and customer files
- Write professional, grammatically correct emails to clients
- Provide administrative support, including filing, faxing, and maintaining an orderly office supply room
- Answer customer concerns or questions by phone or email, or direct them to the appropriate person
- Ship and mail documents and packages as required
- Assist with special projects and event planning as needed
- Support other departments with projects as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
