Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships by providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate total commitment to success and excellence on a daily basis.
- Ensure timely and thorough reporting of activities to agency management and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.
- Stay informed about product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and pursue continuing education as needed.
