Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-up and personalized service.
- Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing concerns.
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to review individual needs and educate clients about available insurance solutions, promoting the most suitable products and services.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving personal and team success on a daily basis.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and actively participate in marketing and sales initiatives for appropriate products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a cohesive office environment.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring transparency and effective communication within the team.
- Remain up to date with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing continuing education relevant to the insurance industry.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty license (or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
- Life and Health insurance license (or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred and considered a valuable asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and listening formats.
- Demonstrated people-oriented approach and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.
