Customer Service Representative - Summary

- Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused approach tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain detailed records and provide thorough activity reports as required by the agent.
- Stay informed about product changes, licensing, technical developments, and ongoing education requirements.
- Participate in local community outreach and business development activities.
