As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting an independent insurance agency, helping clients navigate their insurance needs and providing high-quality service. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as necessary to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claim submissions, billing clarification, and policy transfers.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance products and available options, supporting them to make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to success, striving to achieve individual and team goals on a daily basis.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications, providing timely and thorough activity reports to agency leadership.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education to deliver exceptional service and maintain compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus, supporting a diverse client base.

- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
